Ready to take up the challenge... Our resident Personal Trainer, Mel West (pictured left and below) would love to take you through your paces on the sand. Get fit and feel great. Try our group fitness sessions, they are an excellent workout with the added safety of sand. We cater for all fitness levels.

Sessions: Saturday - 8.30am (45 minute sessions), or by appointment. * Please note: Monday and Thursday morning sessions have been put on hold during Winter (sessions can be held on request). A full program will recommence again in August. Cost : Single session $12 members, $15 non-members (5 & 10 session discounted passes also available). We want to help you get started so come along and get your first session for FREE!)
